Tima Tea Organic Black Tea is an OP1 grade black tea, bright orange in the cup. Only the top two leaves are plucked, then twisted. It tastes sweet, round and nutty, with a refreshing acidity and hints of rich molasses. It is also the black tea used as the base for Earl Grey.
For hot tea, use 2.5 grams and steep at 180 degrees for 4 minutes. To cold steep, use 4 grams and leave it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
