Navitas Organics Goji Berries are organic dried goji berries (Lycium barbarum) from the Ningxia Province of China, in 4 oz, 8 oz or 16 oz sizes. They're unsulfured and dried at a low temperature, with no added sugar, preservatives or sulfites.
They look a little like large red raisins, but the taste is mildly sweet and slightly savory, with a chewy texture. Add them to cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, smoothie bowls, trail mix or baking, or soak them in hot water to make a simple tea. One serving provides 140% of the Daily Value for vitamin A.
