Alessi Pesto Sauce — Di Liguria or Sun Dried Tomato

Alessi Pesto Sauce is made from an old family recipe and comes in two varieties, Di Liguria and Sun Dried Tomato.

Pesto was popularized in Italy's Ligurian region, and Di Liguria follows that classic combination of basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, Romano cheese and garlic. Serve it over pasta such as spaghetti, linguine or gnocchi, or use it as a spread on focaccia or in dips.

Sun Dried Tomato is made with sun dried tomatoes, Alessi extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Romano cheese, basil, garlic and sea salt. It is most often served over pasta, and it also works as a spread on focaccia or pizza, in sandwiches or dips, or over thickly sliced tomatoes or grilled vegetables.
