La Perruche Pure Cane White Rough Cut Cubes are unrefined sugar cubes made from a blend of fine sugar and larger cane granules. They melt partly in a hot drink and leave a little crunch at the end of the cup.
The white cubes come in a 750 g or a 250 g size. La Perruche also makes brown and mini brown cubes, and the white and brown ones look good together in a sugar bowl.
