Fat Cat Gourmet Foods Purry-Purry Sauce is the brand's version of piri-piri (also called peri-peri), the South African condiment. Its Thai-Asian-inspired mix of caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and peri-peri peppers, which are small red chilies, brings a strong back heat.

Brush it over grilled meat, chicken or vegetables, spread it on a sandwich, or put it on wings. Mixed with oil and vinegar it makes a salad dressing. It is thick, so it also works as a dip.
