Alessi Risotto comes in five varieties: Con Funghi Porcini Mushrooms, Alla Milanese Style with Saffron, Cheese and Broccolini, Butternut Squash, and Sun Dried Tomatoes.
Risotto is a classic Italian dish of rice cooked with other ingredients. Italy is Europe's largest rice producer, and the wetlands and cool temperatures of the Lombardia region suit the special rice grown there. Arborio rice is the key ingredient in authentic risotto.
