Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub

Notorious P.I.G. is a pulled pork rub made with sweet brown sugar and peppers that tingle. It is sold for pork and works on any dish, big or small.

Tip: coat the pork shoulder or butt in a layer of mustard or hot sauce first, which helps the rub stick and build a better bark.
