Raaka Strawberry Swirl is a 1.8 oz unroasted dark chocolate bar, 61% cacao, with a pink swirl of strawberry and vanilla vegan white chocolate.

Raaka skips the roasting step most chocolate makers use, which keeps the naturally fruity flavor of the cacao. The cacao in this bar comes from Kokoa Kamili in the Kilombero Valley of Tanzania's Morogoro Region, bought under Raaka's Transparent Trade sourcing. Organic strawberries and organic vanilla bean color and flavor the pink layer, and the ingredients include no dairy.

One bar is two 25 g servings. Each serving has 132 calories, 7 g of sugar (all added cane sugar) and 4 g of fiber. Break the bar in half to share after dinner, or put it out on a dessert board with fresh strawberries.
