Thyme Infused Olive Oil

In Greece, we find thyme in the rocky mountains and hills or at the farthest ends of some Messinian beaches. It is there, that we collect it and mix it, using our family’s recipe tricks to come up with this marinade ally… our very own Thyme Infused Olive Oil!
