Dark chocolate forms both layers, with raspberry flavoring and natural color in the ganache. Thin arcs of white chocolate cross the dark dome, so it is simple to spot in a mixed box. Petite is the smaller of Ticket Chocolate's two truffle sizes: about 1.375 inches tall by 1.125 inches wide and 0.75 oz, against 1.25 oz for the Grand.
