Seggiano Tomato Pesto is a vegan Ligurian red pesto made with tomatoes, fresh Genovese basil and cashew nuts in an extra virgin olive oil base. It has no cheese or dairy.
The basil is grown in Liguria without chemicals or pesticides. Serve it with pasta, on sandwiches or on bruschette. Once opened, refrigerate it and use within ten days, keeping the surface covered with a layer of extra virgin olive oil. Store away from heat and light.
