Tribute Pepper Oil

Tribute Pepper Oil is a Sichuan pepper oil made with Gongjiao Tribute Pepper, a variety of Sichuan pepper so prized it was once given to the emperor as a tribute. The peppers are hand-harvested and infused into fragrant, nutty semi-winter rapeseed oil.

It adds a tingling feel and a citrus aroma to food.
