UnTapped Maple Stroopwafel — Single

A Dutch stroopwafel with Vermont maple syrup in the middle instead of caramel. Two thin waffle layers, a soft maple centre, and enough real sugar to actually be useful mid-ride.

The trick riders use: rest it on top of a hot coffee for a minute and the centre goes molten. That is also just a good thing to do at a desk.
