Urban Accents BBQ Glazed Salmon Seasoning Mix — 1 oz

Urban Accents BBQ Glazed Salmon Seasoning Mix is a 1 oz dry blend of brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper and thyme, made for coating fish fillets before cooking.

Brown sugar is the first ingredient, and the blend cooks down to a caramelized glaze: sweet from the sugar, with smoky, lightly spiced barbecue flavor from the paprika. It comes in a small gable-top carton and belongs to the Catch of the Day seafood collection.

Salmon is the obvious match, though the blend isn't limited to it. Urban Accents recipes use it for BBQ glazed salmon with fresh peach salsa and a creamy avocado lime sauce, and for a grilled salmon and spiced garbanzo bowl.
