V.S.O.P Reserve Balsamic Vinegar

Alessi V.S.O.P. Reserve Balsamic Vinegar is aged in old wooden brandy barrels, bought from producers in Italy, before it is bottled. V.S.O.P. stands for Very Superior Old Product, a term borrowed from the brandy industry that reflects the quality and aging style.

The aged wood adds subtle flavors to the vinegar.
